How will my order be delivered to me?
Your items are delivered to you according to the type of delivery you chose at the time of purchase.
You will be notified as soon as your order has left our factory.
Delivery prices vary depending on the areas of purchase and the cumulative weight of the items.
Please note that additional customs fees may be charged by the various carriers. You do not pay French VAT when placing your order, so local VAT + administration fees may be applied.
Damaged package or missing item
Despite all the care we have taken in preparing your order, the package has arrived damaged and / or one of the items ordered is missing.
In this case, it is important to:
Take pictures of the package and any damage, traces of opening.
Make a damage claim to the carrier who delivered the package (or even refuse it)
This allows you and us to relieve yourself of any damage / theft.

What is the return procedure?
Your request is within the period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Important: Only objects in their original condition will be accepted (notably not having been hung).
Please specify in your sending your name as well as your order reference.

Exchange of a defective product / wrong item received
You have received your order and it is not suitable due to an error on our part or due to a functional defect.
You can send us an email with photos attached to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Reminder: Our shades are made by hand from natural pigments so the shades of the latter are always a little changing and the colors may therefore differ from the photos on our website or from those seen on social networks.
